NextGrowthX offers creative design, website development, growth marketing, digital strategy, and related consulting services. All services are delivered according to project scopes agreed upon between NextGrowthX and the client.
Project Agreements
All project details including scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables must be outlined in a written agreement or proposal. Any additional features or revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Payments and Billing
Clients must complete payments according to the project agreement. Delayed payments may pause or delay active work. All completed work becomes the property of the client only after full payment is received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and materials needed for the project. Delayed materials may extend project timelines.
Intellectual Property
NextGrowthX retains ownership of all creative concepts, strategies, drafts, or materials created before final delivery. Once full payment is made, the final approved assets are transferred to the client, except for licensed resources or external materials that follow their own copyright rules.
Use of Portfolio
NextGrowthX may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless a written request for confidentiality is made.
Limitation of Liability
NextGrowthX is not responsible for:
• Loss of revenue due to technical issues beyond our control
• Third party service failures such as hosting, plugins, ad platforms, or external tools
• Client misuse of delivered assets or data
We provide our services as available and do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated.
Website Usage Rules
You agree not to:
• Use our website for unlawful activities
• Attempt to harm or interfere with the website functionality
• Copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission
Termination
NextGrowthX may suspend or terminate service if a client violates these Terms or misuses our services. Clients may end the project at any time; however, completed work must be paid for.
Changes to Terms
NextGrowthX may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
